Preferred Customer Card setup and Usage

The Preferred Customer Card system is designed to provide a quick and easy way to select customers for new tickets or to find and open existing tickets. Using Customer cards simplifies the process of identifying regular customers and in turn is recognized by those customers as a benefit of their return business. In Areas where a Cash Approval card must be issued, this feature can act as an approval card.
